Incomplete project scope implies that the project does not focus on all project requirements (Leach, 2014). As such, the project based on the scope may not meet the customers expectations.  Project execution may be affected by various factors such as changes, additional requirements, and conflicts (Burke, 2013). These factors can cause project delays or project failure in some cases. However, minor issues such as the occasional absence of team members cannot affect the project.
